Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern all contracts between Your Metamorphosis Limited ("BurnThatSite") and the customer covering website creation and operation, SEO services, AEO optimisation and lead-generation services.

2. Services

The exact scope of each service is defined by the product description shown in the portal at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the portal in the applicable local currency (GBP or EUR). One-time payments are due on order; subscriptions are billed in advance per billing period. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Yearly plans (e.g. SEO Basic) have a minimum term of 12 months and auto-renew for further 12-month periods unless cancelled at least 30 days before expiry.

5. Customer cooperation

The customer provides content (text, images, logo, access credentials for Google Business Profile, etc.) on time. Delays caused by missing cooperation are not attributable to BurnThatSite.

6. Liability

Liability for intent and gross negligence is unlimited. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and the typical foreseeable damage.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. See our right of withdrawal.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is London, England. Vis-à-vis consumers, this jurisdiction clause applies only where mandatory consumer-protection rules do not provide otherwise.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The statutory rule shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
