Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and within 14 days at the latest from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. For the refund we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

B2B contracts

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts with businesses.
