2. Data we process

• Account data (email, password hash, locale) — stored on Supabase (EU region). Purpose: authentication and customer communication. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract performance).
• Business details for website generation (company name, address, phone, logo, images, copy). Purpose: delivery of the agreed service. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR.
• Payment data — processed end-to-end by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We store only reference IDs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR.
• Chat transcripts with the editor assistant — stored on Supabase; LLM calls routed via Straico to Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet). Purpose: generating change proposals for your website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase (database, auth, storage) — EU-hosted, DPA available.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments) — DPA available.
• Straico / Anthropic PBC (LLM for chat editor) — data processed only to fulfil the request, no training-data use.
• Coolify hosting (server operation).

4. Your rights

Right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5. Retention

Account data is retained until you withdraw consent or cancel your account. Billing-related records are retained for 10 years per German tax law (§ 147 AO).

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (auth session, locale preference). No tracking or analytics cookies without explicit consent.

7. International transfers

The operator is a UK Limited Company; data is therefore transferred to the United Kingdom. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the UK (28 June 2021), providing an appropriate level of protection.
